Call, text or chat with your Navigator and review your options. Authorize your Navigator to take steps on your behalf including phone calls, emails or written communication. Your Navigator can help negotiate for better resolutions for you and file complaints with local, state and Federal agencies when companies fail to honor their committments. If your case is not resolved, let your Navigator refer you to an attorney for legal action.
